Säker Vatten

Damixa helps ensure installation quality through Säker Vatten.

Säker Vatten is a comprehensive Swedish quality system that helps ensure compliance with national building regulations and the professional standards required under the Consumer Services Act. Installations that follow this industry standard also meet the conditions set by most insurance companies for compensation in the event of water damage.

Ensuring Safe Water Installations

Most of our products comply with the requirements of Säker Vatten Installation, which sets stringent standards for both the technical execution of installations and the products used. These standards have been developed in collaboration with HVAC contractors, plumbing consultants, industry associations, university experts, authorities, insurance companies, construction firms, and suppliers of HVAC products. They are based on the latest research and industry experience, with the aim of minimising the risk of building defects, water damage, scalding, contamination, and microbial growth, particularly Legionella.
